The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all bookings made with Bluemont Hotel, whether at www.thebluemonthotels.co.uk via the individual hotel websites or by telephone or otherwise. Please note that for promotional bookings the relevant additional terms and conditions should be consulted.

When you make a booking, your contract (which shall include these terms and conditions) will be with Bluemont

Bromsgrove South Hotel, which shall mean in these terms and conditions Bluemont Bromsgrove South Hotel, Worcester Road, Bromsgrove B61 7ET.

Please note that the price being offered currently cannot be guaranteed should you not complete your booking at this stage.

All rates featured on the Bluemont Hotels Website or quoted by telephone or otherwise are offered subject to availability and Bluemont Hotels reserves the right to refuse any booking for good reason.

Bluemont Bromsgrove South Hotel offer a choice of room only rates. All prices are subject to availability.

SMOKING (Against the LAW)


The Bluemont Hotel, Plymouth, operates a strict no smoking policy throughout the hotel. Guests wishing to smoke, may do so by the cigarette bins at the front of the hotel. Any guest found smoking inside the building will be asked to leave immediately without a refund . The hotel reserves the right to further charge of £250 for the cleaning of the room and loss of business for 48 hours after the guest has departed, in order to clear the room of smoke before re-letting it to another guest.

  • Please do not remove the smoke detector and anybody found guilty than they have to pay the fine.
  • Do not cove the fire alarms with socks or plastic materials.
  • If fire alarms found turned off the room there will be minimum charge of £150.


We offer a full range of packages and pricing, as detailed below. Our packages and pricing will fluctuate depending on availability and demand at any given time. All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to availability and are inclusive of VAT at the current prevailing rate. Your price is guaranteed once you have been given a confirmation number.  Indicative alternative currency rates used to estimate cost and balance of cost are based on current exchange rates and are subject to fluctuation.


In general, our Advance Purchase rates are available 7 days or more before the date of arrival (exceptions may apply to select hotels), and are fully prepaid at time of booking. Advance Purchase Rates are non refundable and non transferable. The credit/debit card used to book the Advance Purchase rate must be presented to reception on arrival at the hotel. Please note that failure to do so will result in an alternative payment method being required.


In general, our Best Flexible Rates are available until the day of arrival. These rates allow you to alter or cancel your booking up until 2pm on the day of arrival without charge. Cancellations made after 4pm one day prior to arrival will incur a one night’s room charge.


These rates will require a promotion code. Separate terms and conditions may apply which will take precedence over these standard booking terms and conditions.

For the avoidance of doubt, your price does not include any incidental charges which you may incur during your stay (including, by way of example only, in respect of your use of the hotel’s bar and mini-bar facilities and the costs of external telephone calls from your room). Such charges will be payable by you on your departure and, in the event that you fail to pay any such incidental charges, it is a condition of your contract with Bluemont Bromsgrove South Hotel that you irrevocably authorise Bluemont Hotel to debit your credit or debit card (see ‘Deposits and Pre-payments’ below) for the amount of any shortfall.

2. If within 24 hours of making the booking you find a lower rate for the same hotel, room type, inclusions, stay dates and payment conditions, please email the address below to make your claim. All claims must be made with 24 hours of making the original booking.
3. If the lower rate found qualifies for the best rate guarantee, and all other terms and conditions are matched, Bluemont Hotel will match the lower rate and discount that rate by an additional 10%.

Terms and Conditions:

Bluemont Hotels guarantee the best online rate on www.thebluemonthotels.co.uk for reservations at Bluemont Hotel, based on the following terms and conditions:
1. Your original reservation must have been through www.thebluemonthotels.co.uk
2. The lower rate must be found and the claim made within 24 hours of the original booking being made.
3. The Best Online Rate Guarantee only applies to publically available rates, which can be seen and booked without any kind of restriction or membership requirement.
4. The lower rate found must be for exactly the same booking criteria meaning the same hotel, the same room type, same inclusions, the same stay dates and the same rate description. The cancellation policy and all other terms and conditions of the stay must also be identical.
5. Bluemont Hotels will verify the lower rate claim and respond within 24 working* hours of the claim being made. *Claims will be processed from Monday to Friday, between 9.00am to 5.00pm.
6. The rate comparison will be made net of any taxes, gratuities or any other fees associated with the room rate, and the lower rate must still be available at the time the hotel validates the claim. Rate differences solely due to exchange rate fluctuations and/or differences in currency exchange rates are excluded from the guarantee.
7. When a claim covers a multiple night stay, the rate comparison will be made against the total room cost on www.thebluemonthotels.co.uk compared to the total room cost on the other website.
8. The Best Online Rate Guarantee is void where prohibited by law. Bluemont Hotels reserves the right to modify or cancel its best rate guarantee policy at any time without prior notice.
9. Bluemont Hotel has the sole right to determine the validity of any claim, including without limitation, determining that the lower rate found is genuinely available and that the claim meets all terms and conditions. In case of dispute, Bluemont Hotels decision is final.



Prices for breaks include twin or double bedrooms (single room for single guests) with colour TV and private en-suite bathroom.

During major sporting events, social events, conference and exhibitions certain rates may not be available. Certain dates may be subject to a minimum length of stay. All rates are subject to availability.


Individual guests using a single room (where available) may benefit from a reduced rate at selected hotels. When no single room is available, individual guests may book a double or twin room for sole occupancy. These rooms may carry a supplement at select hotels. Please ask at the time of booking.


Our hotel offer modified facilities for guests with impaired mobility. Others, whilst not having special facilities, have mainly level access to public areas and accessible bathrooms. Guests with impaired mobility or other particular requirements should check with their chosen hotel in advance that their requirements can be met. Please call the hotel direct for details.

Hotel rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival unless otherwise stated on hotels Useful Information page. Rooms must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure, unless otherwise sanctioned at the discretion of the hotel manager. For certain of our hotels, these times may differ.

When you make your booking you will be asked to guarantee your booking with a valid debit/credit card if booked on Best Flexible Rate, or to prepay if booked on our Advance Purchase Rates, partnership or promotional rates.


A booking of eight rooms or more is classified as a group and is subject to our Group Terms & Conditions of business, which differ from our Best Available and Advance Purchase rates.


Prior to your departure from the hotel you will be required to settle your bill.
On arrival you will be asked to produce a valid credit card for the hotel to take pre-authorisation. If you are settling your account in cash or with a debit card, you will be asked for a deposit to cover the cost of your room for your stay (any extras which you may incur in the hotel will not be chargeable to your room account). Bluemont Bromsgrove South Hotel accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard and Visa. Hotel bookings can be made with American Express but not Resorts.

Alternatively, payment can be made by cheque supported by a current cheque guarantee card. The credit/debit card used to book the Advance Purchase rate must be presented to reception on arrival at the hotel.


All cancellations are made in accordance with the cancellation terms of the rate booked.
Advance Purchase Rates are non refundable and non transferable and full pre-payment will be forfeited.

Promotion and Partnership rates may only be cancelled in accordance with the specific terms applying to that rate which will be advised at the time of booking.

A cancellation number must be obtained to ensure that minimum charges are levied.
Whilst every effort is made to fulfil any particular requests which you may make in relation to your stay with us, please note that these requests do not form part of our contract and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet any particular requests.

In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. However, you have the right to:

1.accept the changed arrangements as notified; or
2.make alternative arrangements with Bluemont hotel; or
3.cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies which you have paid to Bluemont hotel in respect of your reservation (please note that we shall not be liable for any sums which you have paid to any other persons in connection with your reservation).

For the avoidance of doubt, we shall have no further liability to you for any changes to or the cancellation of any stay with us.


Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at one of our hotels should be made in the first instance to the hotel’s duty manager at the time of your stay so that it can be resolved at the time.

Bluemont Hotel shall not be responsible for any loss or damage which you may suffer arising out of events beyond its control or the control of its suppliers (including, without limitation, fire, failure of electrical, gas or other power supplies, strikes, industrial action, terrorist activity, technical problems with transport, illness of entertainers and bad weather), nor for any curtailment, cancellation or change to any accommodation, activity or itinerary or any other consequences which arise as a result of such events.

For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these terms and conditions shall operate to attempt to exclude or limit

Bluemont Bromsgrove South Hotel liability for the death or personal injury of any person caused by the negligence of Bluemont Bromsgrove South Hotel or its employees, servants or agents or to attempt to exclude or limit Bluemont Bromsgrove South Hotel liability in any manner which would be unlawful.

These terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which the hotel for which you make your booking is situated.
